Bear Photography: Black Bear in Dandelions - blb0041

Back when I didn't have a clue what I was doing in wildlife photography, the odd shot would turn out well; fortunately for me, this was one of those pictures.  Photographed in 1995 in British Columbia with just a 300mm lens, this bear photograph is one of my all-time best-selling images and is the cover of my Central Rockies Mammals guidebook, as well as being one of my wildlife greeting cards.
